Mission of the NLGC English Ministry:

New Life Gospel Church is a Chinese Heritage church with an English Congregation (combined adult and youth service) that is based in American culture. The mission of the English Ministry is to reach any who want to worship and fellowship in English in our neighboring cities. We welcome everyone comfortable engaging in a mixed ethnic environment.

History:

We are a Christian fellowship composed of people who are diverse in race, age, and backgrounds. Our initial connection to each other came through the people and ministry of our parent church, New Life Gospel church, which started with a Chinese congregation. Now we are launching our own congregation for English-speaking people.

Our mission is to reach people in our local community and neighboring towns with the Gospel. Partnering with the Chinese congregation and other international ties, we also engage in Christian service opportunities abroad, such as the prayer and financial support of missionaries and going on mission trips.

We center our activities on God, Christ, the Gospel, the Bible, and people in and outside the church. We love to worship the living God and acclaim the incomparable Lord Jesus, the mediator between God and man. We invite people to personal faith and discipleship and to participate in a variety of activities that foster fellowship and community service through the power of the Holy Spirit. We enjoy both planned and spontaneous meetings, formal and casual, which facilitate our people-oriented values, supporting and encouraging one another emotionally and spiritually as we walk together in this life.
